Marylou Godinez - KinderBridge/Kindergarten Teacher
Marylou Godinez holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 25 plus years teaching experience. She previously was a teacher and Preschool Director at another valley Christian school for 16 years before the Lord moved her to San Tan Valley. She is beyond excited to be joining the FCA staff this year. She knows that God directed her here and she loves partnering with this school to give all kids a solid Christian education.
Tiffany Grimm - 1st and 2nd Grade Teacher
Mrs. Tiffany Grimm has a B.A. in Early Childhood/Special Education and has worked in the classroom for over 11 years. She has worked in 4 different states and 2 different countries. While teaching in Georgia, she received the New Teacher of the Year Award and received the Parent Choice Award for her work with an autistic child in Florida.
Tonya Alleman - 3rd and 4th Grade
Mrs. Tonya Alleman earned a three-year college degree in Bible and Early Childhood Development at Northpoint Bible College, MA. Over the past 25 years, she has worked with children in various forms ranging from a preschool teacher to traveling with a children's ministry team in the US presenting God's Word through skits and games to being a nanny as well as becoming a mother of two. She firmly believes that God not only has a plan for each child in his/her adulthood but that He uses them now in their childhoods. It is her desire to help support, educate, and encourage children to see their fullest potential in Him.

Kym Healy - Bible
Mrs. Kym Healy has been with FCA since 2005 filling many roles such as teacher's aid, paraprofessional, one-on-one aid, and middle school Bible teacher. She loves Jesus and desires to share the Lord with everyone she meets. She also has a passion for helping children.
Mrs. Kym has a both a biblical and clinical background. She attended Bible college at Accelerated Christian Training School (ACTS) in Denton, Texas. She is licensed as a CNA by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. She also is certified as a special needs paraprofessional through Arizona Autism.
Kym and her husband Chris have been married for over 22 years. They have three daughters and one son, all of whom have attended or currently attend Freedom Christian Academy.
Chersh Hood - Music
Cherish Hood graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor's degree in music education. She grew up training horses, singing in church, and participating in church dramas. Currently Cherish is attending San Tan Christian Center where she teaches preschoolers about Jesus and sings on the praise and worship team. Cherish is looking forward to influencing more children with God's love as she teaches music.
Debra Carter - Independent Studies/Testing
Mrs. Carter has lived in Arizona for 40 years in the Queen Creek/Higley area. She has been married for 24 years and has one daughter who will be graduating this year with a secondary education in chemistry. Mrs. Carter has a degree in Child Development and has taught Title 1 Reading in the Queen Creek area. She has been a part of Freedom Christian Academy as a parent and staff member since 2005 and is dedicated to seeing students grow in their faith.
Elizabeth Carter - Science
Miss Elizabeth Carter has her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education in Chemistry. She graduated from Freedom Christian Academy in 2013 and continued on to Grand Canyon University. In addition, Elizabeth is working on receiving her equine dentistry technician certification. She is dedicated to sharing her love for Christ as well as bringing out each student’s potential.
Jerry Petty - Spanish
Mr. Petty served as a pastor over a period of 22 years and as Principal of an ACE Christian school for 3 years. He has studied Latin, French, New Testament Greek, Hebrew, and Spanish. The goal of his Spanish classes is to have students speaking Spanish to the best of their ability by the end of the school year.
Julie Rhoadarmer - English
Mrs. Rhoadarmer graduated from Ottawa University with a Degree in English and Secondary Education and has taught in public schools and private Christian Schools. She and her husband Allen have three children and 14 grandchildren and have lived in Arizona for 26 years, but are originally from Colorado. Together they co-own an Antique Shop in Gilbert with their daughter Tara and son-in-law. They attend Grace Church in Mesa where they are both active. Mrs. Rhoadarmer enjoys teaching and loves working with children of all ages!

Pastor Ben is the Pastor of New Creation Fellowship and Freedom Christian Academy, and was an Associate Pastor in Texas for 7 years before joining us here in Arizona. Pastor Ben serves as the overseer for the Academic and Finance Directors. He graduated from Accelerated Christian Training School in 2003. He has been preaching sermons, teaching Bible School courses, and sharing the love Christ for over 10 years.
Mrs. Koshatka is the Pastor’s wife and also serves Freedom Christian Academy as the Executive Director. She oversees the overall administration and financial management of the school and works with Mrs. Petty in regards to tuition and scholarships for the students. Mrs. Koshatka graduated from International Business School in 1999, Texas Bible Institute in 2001 and Accelerated Christian Training School in 2005. As a previous Kindergarten teacher, she has over 20 years of combined Classroom and Administration experience. She is a Jesus-loving Texan brought to Arizona by the Lord and believes that Christ should be established in children from a very early age.
K-12 Academic Director
As one of the founding families, the Careys have been a part of FCA for over 10 years. Mrs. Carey graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in English. She obtained her Secondary Teaching Certificate through the University of Phoenix. Prior to teaching at FCA, Mrs. Carey home schooled her children for 3 years.
Administrative Secretary and Scholarship Coordinator
Amanda has been with the school since 2014 when her son entered Kindergarten. She is a proud mother of 3 and understands the importance of raising children in a Christ-centered environment amongst people who share the same values.
Before coming to FCA, Amanda’s background was in Sales and Finance within the Banking Industry for 15 years. During that time, she was on the Board of Directors for Gabriel’s Angels, a local Non-Profit helping abused and neglected children in Arizona as well as a Treasurer for a business referral group through the Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
